I’m pretty excited about this except for the fact that I already have the original CD so a lot of it is just doubling up on what I already own… I’m torn. I really want to hear the 4 bonus tracks though.
I’m amazed by how well this CD has done and I’m sure with this release it’s just going to get bigger. They have already sold over 4 million copies and have three #1 songs and five Top 40 top 10 hits (which is a record for a debut album, and tied for the record for any album, debut or not)! It is the fastest selling debut rock album in history! It’s really amazing for any band let alone a band’s first CD coming from a former American Idol contestant. Just amazing. Go Daughtry!
In other new music news: The New Kids on the Block’s new Album, The Block, was released today and I have to go buy that as soon as I get out of work. I already know a few of the songs and I really like them. We’ll see how the rest of the album is. Since I’m going to the show in a few weeks I’ll have to at least become a little familiar with the new material. I’m so excited!

Isn’t it a little early for Daughtry to be re-releasing their CD? Aren’t you supposed to do that on the 20th anniversary of it or something…you know, like Micheal Jackson does when he’s got mounting legal fees and he’s losing his llamas?
And shouldn’t it be “The Old Kids on the Block” or “The Old Dudes Who Used to be New Kids on the Block”?
Have fun at the concert. I might have to run nekkie that day.

Yeah, I don’t really know why they are re-releasing their first album before their second one even comes out but… oh well. Still love them.
And NO! They should be “The Hot Sexy Men on the Block”!
I’ll be looking for your naked bootie LOL
